On the Nature and Revocability of Online Live Streaming Tipping
Online live streaming tipping is usually seen as a way for users to express their willingness to accept live streaming services and experience to the host and the platform through practical actions.However,due to the immaturity of industry norms and related legislation in China,the judicial department is constantly facing disputes such as"huge tipping","passionate tipping",and"minors tipping",which seriously affects the development speed of the network industry.Therefore,the paper discusses the concept and nature of online live streaming tipping behavior,analyzes the relationship between the platform,anchors and users,and explores the revocability of tipping behavior from the aspects of gift theory and service theory,and non-legal behavior theory of live tipping,hoping to promote the healthy development of the online live streaming industry.
