摘要

在全球化和教育改革的大背景下,终身教育作为提高人类素质、促进社会进步的重要手段,其高质量发展已成为国际教育领域的热点议题.人类命运共同体理念涉及全球化及终身教育高质量发展的问题.终身教育发展面对复杂的环境及变量,包括区域发展不平衡、教育资源分配不均、教育质量参差不齐等问题.政策、理念传播、资源共享、技术创新、教师队伍建设、课程改革等方面进一步影响终身教育质量的内涵,人类命运共同体直接面对以上两种因素,引领终身教育高质量发展.

Abstract

In the context of globalization and educational reform,lifelong education,as an important means to improve human quality and promote social progress,has become a hot topic in the international education field for its high-quality development.A community with a shared future for mankind concerns globalization and high-quality development of lifelong education.Lifelong education development includes issues such as uneven regional development,uneven distribution of educational resources,and uneven quality of education.The connotation of lifelong education quality can be further influenced by policy,concept dissemination,resource sharing,technological innovation,teacher team construction,curriculum reform,etc.The Community of human destiny directly faces the above two factors and leads the high-quality development of lifelong education.
