随着全球化进程的加速和教育国际化的深入,应用型本科院校的大学英语教育面临着新的挑战与机遇。为了培养具有国际视野和跨文化交际能力的高素质应用型人才,大学英语课程需要不断进行创新与改革。SIOP模式作为一种被广泛验证的有效教学模式,能够为应用型本科大学英语"金课"建设提供有益的借鉴和启示。运用SIOP模式指导应用型本科大学英语"金课"的建设,通过提供多种课程形态和教学策略,创设愉悦积极的学习氛围,让通识教育、英语技能和学生个性发展在课程结构中达到平衡,提高学生解决问题的能力,开发批判性高阶思维,达到规模化、差异化和个性化的英语学习效果。
On the Construction of"Golden English Courses"in Application-Oriented Universities Based on SIOP
With the acceleration of globalization and the deepening of education internationalization,college English education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is facing new challenges and opportunities.In order to cultivate high-quality applied talents with international vision and intercultural communication ability,college English courses need to be constantly innovated and reformed.SIOP model,as an effective teaching model,can provide useful reference and inspiration for the construction of"golden English courses"in application-oriented undergraduate colleges."Golden English Courses"based on SIOP can create joyful and active learning atmosphere by offering multiple course forms and teaching strategies to achieve a balance among liberal arts education,professional English skills and students'personality development in English curriculum structure,improving students'problem-solving ability,developing critical thinking and achieving large-scaled,differentiated and personalized English learning effect.
