Currently,the world economy,which is developing towards globalization,has led to increasingly frequent cultural exchanges between the East and the West.Various types of excellent English literary works have become available to Chinese readers.In order to fully highlight the literary charm of the original work,accurately convey the ideological connotation and profound philosophy of the original work,stricter requirements are put forward for English literary translation.For highlighting aesthetic value and artistic features in English literary translation,this article analyzes the aesthetic value and artistic features in English literary translation,and then explores in depth the translation strategies from several aspects in terms of making flexible use of visual language,unifying faithfulness and creativity,and taking clever combination between literal translation and free translation,etc.
