The Application of an Improved Ant Colony Algorithm in Network Intrusion Detection
With the rapid development of network technology,cyber-security issues have become increasingly prominent.Network intrusion detection,as an important means to ensure cyber-security,has attracted much attention.Ant colony algorithm is an optimization algorithm that simulates the foraging behavior of ants.It has the characteristics of self-organization,parallelism,and robustness,and thus has broad application prospects in the field of network security.To improve detection efficiency and accuracy,an improved ant colony algorithm is introduced in this study and applied to network intrusion detection.Through experimental verification,the algorithm has achieved good results in network intrusion detection.
