The molten steel with high cleanliness is obtained by converter smelting and vacuum refining,and the slab of 15CrMoR medium temperature pressure vessel steel with good quality is casted by efficient continuous casting.The 15CrMoR steel plate with uniform and stable mechanical and process properties,which can meet the standard requirements of GB/T 713-2014,is obtained by rolling with steckel mill,normalizing and tempering in heat treatment furnace.The hot rolled microstructure of the steel plate is ferrite,pearlite and a small amount of bainite.After regular ignition and tempering,high-temperature tensile test of the finished steel plate with excellent high temperature performance is rich with 40～70 MPa,the microstructure is ferrite and pearlite.
