推钢式加热炉耐热滑块的研究

介绍了安钢2 800 mm机组推钢式加热炉炉筋滑轨存在的问题,以及新型的孔洞式加宽滑块技术.通过ANYSY软件对安钢 2 800 mm机组推钢加热炉现有滑块和新型滑块的模拟受热情况进行了分析对比,证明孔洞式加宽滑块技术是一项实用有效的新型节能技术,值得推广.
The problems existing in slide rail of pusher-type reheating furnace of 2 800 mm unit and the new technology of hole-type widening sliding block are introduced.By using ANYSY software,the simulated heating conditions of the existing and new sliding blocks in the pusher-type reheating furnace of 2 800 mm unit of Angang are analyzed and compared.It is proved that the hole-type widening sliding block technology is a practical and effective new energy saving technology,which is worth popularizing.
