唐钢3号高炉投产以后,顺行状况差,燃料比高,产量低,日出铁次数多.通过对气流分布、炉缸状态和炉前操作分别进行分析研究,最终确定影响出铁时间的关键因素,采取相应措施进行改进,取得明显效果,实现日出铁次数降低,炉前消耗降低,炉前工劳动量降低,节约了成本,各种技术指标改善,炉况顺行状况明显好转,实现低碳低耗高效生产.
The operation condition of Tanggang No.3 blast furnace was poor after it was putted into use.Situations like high fuel ratio,low output and high daily tapping times frequently appeared.Through the analysis and study of the airflow distribution,furnace hearth status and pre-furnace operation,the key factors that affect the iron production time are finally ascertained.Obvious results are achieved after taking corresponding measures,including the reduce of the times of daily iron-tapping,the consumption of the pre-furnace and the workload of the furnaceman,the saving of the cost,improving of various technical indicators and so on.The condition of the furnace has improved significantly,realizing low carbon,low consumption and efficient production.
