Through the full preparation for running of the furnace such as baking the refractory mayerial,leak detection,furnace material accounting,cloth equipment test,air supply parameter setting,and the implementation of measures such as ignition after rapid gas,reasonable control of furnace parameters,realized the first iron slag iron heat abundant,good liquidity,direct putting-in-service skimming and water slag system,to speed up the blast furnace,tuyere air volume,drop silicon coal laid a foundation.The full wind and full oxygen operation were realized in 40 h after opening the furnace,and the production target was reached in the third day after the opening and the utilization coefficient reached 2.34 t/(m3.d),the production speed reached the best level in the history of No.8 blast furnace.
