The composition of the main equipment and the control system of electric furnace in Angang is introduced,the existing problems of the system is analyzesd,and the corresponding optimization and improvement measures are putted forward.Through the implementation of a series of measures such as optimizing the design of the PLC program,the system runs more stable and efficient,the production efficiency is improved,the production cost is reduced,the efficient operation goal of the electric furnace is achieved,the process consumption is reduced,it has high economic benefits.
