The utilization coefficient of sintering machine in Angang is low.In order to improve the utilization coefficient of sintering machine,pellet crushing is introduced into ore blending group to improve the air permeability of raw material layer.Pellet crushing is under the sieve of pellet,which has high grade,coarse and uniform particle size.It belongs to the clinker as well as having a good assimilation,thus conducive to the formation of adhesive phase.According to the production data,after the use of pellet crushing,the utilization coefficient of sintering machine is improved,the low temperature reduction degradation index of sinter is better,and the combustion consumption is reduced.
