周钢1#烧结混料设备湿电除尘系统投运以来,存在着电场积灰、沉淀淤泥多、淤泥清理难等问题.通过对湿电除尘系统进行研究,对除尘器运行参数进行对比分析,对工艺进行改进,湿电除尘系统运行效果大幅提升,工况条件改善显著.
Since the wet electrostatic dust removal system of ZhouGang No.1 sintering mixing equipment was put into production,there are problems such as electric field dust accumulation,excessive sedimentation of sludge,and difficulty in sludge cleaning.Through the research on the wet electrostatic precipitator system,the comparative analysis on the operating parameters of the precipitator,the improvement of the process,the operation effect of the wet electrostatic precipitator system is greatly improved,and the working conditions are significantly improved.
