Angang No.1 sintering machine was put into operation in 2005,with an effective ventilation area of 360 m2,which is the first large sintering machine of Angang.Due to the continuous development of iron and steel industry,raw materials for iron and steel enterprises are constantly changing,low-cost control policy has formed for a long-term.In order to meet the new situation of the environmental protection,safety,quality requirements,a systematic overhaul was carried out on the No.1 sintering machine in 2022,steam tracing system was added in the head material warehouse and putted into use in April.The design is reasonable and can save energy,thus the sintering production capacity is effectively improved,laying the foundation for mass production and cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
