降低连铸机设备软水消耗的措施与应用

通过对连铸机近 40 天水消耗进行统计,对软水异常消耗的原因进行分析,确定了软水异常消耗的主要影响因素为后部辊道冷却水用水为软水且泄漏量较大,扇形段水箱及轴承座泄露频繁等.通过对后部辊道冷却水路、扇形段水箱及轴承进行改造,既降低了软水的消耗量,又杜绝设备跑冒滴漏的现象,使连铸机软水日消耗量降低82 t.
Through the statistics of water consumption of continuous caster in the past 40 days,the reasons for the abnormal consumption of soft water were analyzed,it was determined that the main influencing factors for the abnormal consumption of soft water were that the cooling water of the rear roller road is soft water with large leakage,frequent leakage of water tank and bearing seat of the sector section and so on.Through the transformation of the rear roller cooling water circuit,the improvement of the water tank and bearings of the sector section,not only reduced the consumption of soft water,but also put an end to the phenomenon of equipment running and dripping,so that the soft water consumption of the continuous casting machine was reduced by 82 t/day.
