低烧比条件下的高炉炉料结构优化研究

通过对入炉原料冶金性能差异、高炉生产实际与炉料结构熔滴性能的对应关系等方面分析了低烧比下造成高炉冶炼困难的原因以及改善炉料透气性的措施方法,并在实验室内研究了碱性球团矿的性能及其对炉料结构熔滴性能的影响.结果表明:酸性球团矿入炉比例的大幅提升及其与高碱度烧结矿软熔性能的巨大差异是造成限产期间高炉透气性变差的主要原因;碱性球团矿抗压强度、冶金性能优良,配加碱性球团矿可以大幅优化炉料软熔性能,是改善低烧比下高炉炉料结构透气性的可行措施.
In this paper,the reasons for the difficulty in blast furnace smelting under low sintering ratio and measures to improve the permeability of the burden are analyzed through the differences in the metallurgical properties of the raw materials entering furnace,the corresponding relationship between the actual production of blast furnace and the melt-drop-ping property of the burden structure.The performance of alkaline pellets and their impact on the melt-dropping property of the burden structure are studied in the lab.The results show that the significant increase in the proportion of acidic pellets entering the furnace and the significant difference in their soft melting performance compared to high basicity sinter are the main reasons for the poor permeability of the blast furnace during the limited production period,the alkaline ite has excellent compressive strength and metallurgical performance,it can greatly optimize the soft melting performance of furnace material,which is a feasible measure to improve the air permeability of blast furnace material with low combustion ratio.
