Al-V微合金化高强钢热处理工艺及组织性能研究

RESEARCH ON THE HEATTREAT PROCESS,MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF THE AL-V MICROALLOY HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL

实验室利用力学性能测试、OA、SEM分析研究了Al-V微合金化高强钢热处理工艺及组织性能,结果表明添加3%的Al后,试验钢密度降低至7.515 g/cm3,且同规格钢板可降低重量4%以上;经900℃淬火+540℃回火热处理工艺试验钢组织为回火索氏体,具有优异的强韧性匹配,综合力学性能满足屈服强度ReL≥460 MPa,抗拉强度Rm≥630 MPa,延伸率A≥18%,-20℃KV2≥80 J试验技术要求.
The hea-ttreat process,microstructure and properties of Al-V microalloy high-strength steel was studied by means of mechanical property test,OA and SEM analysis in the laboratory.The results show that the density of the test steel added 3%Al is 7.515 g/cm3,and the weight of the steel plate with identical specification can be reduced by more than 4%,the properties of the test steel by 900℃ quenching and 540℃ tempering can meet the technical requirement of ReL≥460 MPa,Rm≥630 MPa,A≥18%,-20℃ KV2≥80 J,the microstructure is tempered sorbite,with excellent strength and toughness match.
