为适应高炉高比例球团冶炼的需求,从2021年初开始唐钢新区使用带式焙烧机生产熔剂性球团.通过改造消石灰配给设备,改变除尘灰配加方式,增加细粒铁精粉配比,降低抽干段、预热段以及焙烧段的温度,严格控制熔剂性球团矿SiO2 不超过 3.5%及TiO2 含量不超过 0.5%等技术措施,使得熔剂性球团矿化学成分稳定性得到明显改善,低温还原粉化RDI+6.3 指标由 70%左右提高到 93%左右,为高炉实现 35%熔剂性球团配比下的长周期稳定顺行提供了保障.
To meet the requirements of a high proportion of fluxed pellets in blast furnace smelting,belt sintering machines are used to produce fluxed pellets in Tangsteel New District since early 2021.By renovating the lime distribution equipment,changing the dusting ash mixing method,increasing the proportion of fine iron concentrate,lowering the temperatures in the drying section,preheating section,and sintering section,and strictly controlling the chemical composition of fluxed pellets,such as SiO2 not exceeding 3.5%and TiO2 content not exceeding 0.5%,the stability of the chemical composition of fluxed pellets is significantly improved.The low-temperature reduction disintegration index RDI+6.3 is increased from around 70%to around 93%,providing assurance for long-term stable operation with up to 35%fluxed pellet ratio in the blast furnace.
