基于安钢2 800 mm机组现有工况条件,分析现有极限规格的生产难点,系统地从生产计划、轧制工艺、辊型、轧制线标高、矫直等方面进行优化,突破了极限薄规格的生产制约条件,钢板表面质量得到极大改善,提升了产品综合合格率,强有力地提升了企业的市场竞争力.
Based on the existing working conditions of Angang's 2 800 mm unit,this paper analyzes the production difficulties of the existing limit specifications,systematically optimizes the production plan,rolling process,roll shape,roll-ing line elevation,straightening and other aspects,thus breaks through the production constraints of the limit specifications,greatly improved the surface quality of the steel plate.It not only successfully increased its comprehensive pass rate but also strongly enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprises.
