This paper mainly introduces the mechanism of cold rolling strip surface vibration pattern,through the track-ing and comparative analysis of the characteristics of the vibration pattern,it shows that the generation of vibration pattern mainly has two reason,one is the roll grinding,the second is bearing peeling of the supporting roller,a series of preventive measures are taken according to the generating factors of vibration lines,effectively control the vibration of cold rolling strip surface.
