The composition and parameters of the combustion air of the top burning hot blast furnace directly affect the combustion efficiency and cold air heating capacity.By analyzing the working conditions of three Karujin top burning hot blast furnaces in Angang No.2 blast furnace,this paper studies the combustion process of the hot blast furnace and explores the ways and measures to realize the"high sensible heat+oxygen rich"combustion air of the hot blast furnace from the perspective of combustion science,so as to realize the production and operation mode of the hot blast furnace with high efficiency and energy saving.
