JUDGEMENT OF EQUIPMENT FAILURE ON THE TOP OF 3 200 m3 BLAST FURNACE AND FURNACE CONDITION RECOVERY
The equipment on the top of the blast furnace plays an important role in the normal operation of the burden distribution system,mainly including the central pipe,distribution chute,airtight box and so on.Wear of the central pipe can lead to the burden not passing through the burden distribution chute and directly falling to the center area of the blast furnace,resulting in serious accumulation in the center of the hearth,disrupting the normal distribution of coal gas flow,blocking the central airflow,excessive development of edge airflow,and a significant increase in water temperature difference and furnace wall temperature of the furnace body.After replacing the equipment with air supply,it is difficult to restore the furnace condition.The application of central coke,full coke smelting,circulating coke,and manganese ore washing furnace can accelerate the recovery of furnace condition.When the burden distribution chute is worn and the airtight box fails,it is necessary to draw on the experience of handling wear and tear of the central throat,accurately analyze and judge the trend of the furnace condition,and take a series of measures to quickly restore the furnace condition.
