炼钢所需的增碳剂要求其固定碳含量高、灰分和挥发分含量低、硫含量较低.通过对焦化系统产生的除尘焦粉进行理化分析检测,选择最接近增碳剂理化性能要求且价格低廉的干熄除尘焦粉,采用分袋包装直接入钢包的方法代替出钢前期的增碳剂,100 kg干熄焦除尘焦粉平均可使钢液增碳0.048%.通过生产实践,使用干熄焦除尘焦粉替代增碳剂,对钢材质量无影响,吨钢成本降低1.25元/t.
COKING DUST REMOVAL COKE POWDER INSTEAD OF CARBURIZING AGENT IN STEEL-MAKING PRODUCTION
The carburizing agent required for steel-making requires a high fixed carbon content,low ash and volatile content,and low sulfur content.By conducting physical and chemical analysis and testing on the dust removal coke powder generated by the coking system,the dry quenching dust removal coke powder that is closest to the physical and chemical performance requirements of the carburizing agent and has a low price is selected.The method of packaging in bags directly into the steel ladle is used to replace the carburizing agent in the early stage of stee-lmaking.A 100 kg dry quenching dust removal coke powder can increase the carbonization of the steel by 0.048%.Through production practice,the use of dry quenching dust removal coke powder instead of carburizing agent has no impact on steel quality,and the cost per ton of steel is reduced by 1.25 yuan/ton.
