In the early stage of production of non-oriented silicon steel at Angang,there were many problems with the quality of the surface insulation coatings.The surface insulation coating problems mainly focus on sticking,yellowing,and easy rusting.In order to reduce the economic losses caused by the quality of surface insulation coatings,various aspects of production were analyzed and studied to identify key factors affecting the quality of the insulating coating,and a series of im-provement measures were formulated to improve the quality of the non-oriented silicon steel surface insulating coating.
