By taking a series of effective measures such as such as strengthening the quality management of raw material and fuel,adjusting the upper and lower parts,optimizing the distribution of gas flow,activating hearth and maintaining the reasonable operation of the furnace type,the long-term stable operation of No.3 blast furnace in AnyangSteel has been achieved,with high coal ratio and low coke ratio production,thus the goal of reducing costs by"raising coal and lowering coke,and replacing coke with coal"has been achieved.
