摘要

烧结微负压点火既能保证点火层深度,又能有效降低煤气消耗.另外,点火段微负压还能保持初始料层透气性,减少对料层的压实程度,改善烧结过程料层的透气性,有利于低温烧结,发展铁酸钙,提高烧结矿高温还原性能,对高炉顺行起到促进作用.

Abstract

Sintering micro-negative pressure ignition can ensure the depth of the ignition layer and effectively reduce gas consumption.In addition,micro-negative pressure in the ignition section can maintain the initial permeability of the material layer,reduce the compaction degree of the material layer,improve the permeability of the material layer during the sintering process,which is beneficial for low-temperature sintering,the development of calcium ferrite,and the improvement of high-temperature reduction performance of sintered ore.This plays a promoting role in the smooth operation of blast furnaces.
