EFFECT OF COLD ROLLING REDUCTION ON STRUCTURE AND TEXTURE OF 300WG STEEL
By conducting metallographic tests on annealed 300WG steel with different cold rolling reduction rates, the influence of cold rolling reduction rates on the microstructure performance and internal texture of 300WG steel was analyzed and studied. The experimental results show that as the cold rolling reduction rate continues to increase, the ferrite grain structure after cold rolling is continuously elongated along the rolling direction under the action of rolling force, and continuously compressed along the plate thickness direction. The grain size continues to increase, and the grain dislocation density also increases, the Vickers hardness of the steel plate increases sharply when the cold rolling reduction rate is increased from 0 to 25%,the Vickers hardness of the steel plate does not change significantly when the cold rolling reduction rate is increased from 25% to 75%,the{111}<112>and{111}<110>fabric of cold rolled 300 WG steel on γ fiber fabric are strengthened.
