摘要

唐钢新区炼铁厂现有3座高炉,投产后频繁长时间休风.高炉长时间休风后,炉况恢复初期热量调剂、炉前出铁组织、气流波动等问题尤为突出,导致加风困难,炉况恢复时间较长.唐钢新区炼铁部为降低长时间休风对高炉生产的影响,针对影响炉况恢复的环节进行优化,风量恢复时间由48小时以上缩短至30小时内.

Abstract

There are currently three blast furnaces in New Area of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company,which frequently shut down for long periods after being put into operation.After a long period of wind break,problems such as the initial heat adjustment,iron tapping organization,and airflow fluctuations are particularly prominent in the early stage of furnace recov-ery,leading to difficulties in increasing air volume and a longer recovery time for furnace conditions.In order to reduce the impact of long-term wind break on blast furnace production,the links that affect the recovery of furnace conditions has opti-mize,and the recovery time of air volume has been shortened from more than 48 hours to less than 30 hours.
