超低硫X80M管线钢硫含量控制的生产实践

通过对各工序硫含量的精准控制,KR将铁水脱硫至 0.002%左右,转炉终点S含量控制在 0.012%左右,出钢过程采用合金和铝铁预脱氧,钢包顶渣采用石灰和专用精炼合成渣,达到了预脱氧和提前化渣的目的;LF采用铝脱氧和碳化硅等渣面扩散脱氧,持续造高碱度白渣对钢水进行深脱氧和脱硫,LF精炼结束后钢水平均S含量约为0.000 7%,成品钢中S含量约为0.000 8%,生产出的超低硫X80M管线钢符合质量要求.
SULFUR CONTENT CONTROL IN ULTRA-LOW SULFUR X80M PIPELINE STEEL
Through the precise control of the sulfur content in each process,S content after KR is about 0.002%,the endpoint S content of the converter is controlled at about 0.012%,alloy and aluminum iron are used for predeoxygenation during the steel output process,lime and specialized refined synthetic slag are used for the top slag of the ladle,thus the purpose of pre-deoxygenation and advance melting of slag is achieved,aluminum deoxygenation and slag surface diffusion deoxygenation such as silicon carbide are used to continuously produce high alkalinity white slag for deep deoxidation and desulfurization of molten steel during LF refining,the average S content of the steel is about 0.000 7% after LF refining,and the S content in the finished steel is about 0.000 8%,the ultra-low sulfur X80M pipeline steel produced by this method can meet the quality requirements.
