A study was conducted on the main problems in the production of 4.5 mm thin specification products by the Steekle mill.Through optimization and improvement of billet design,process optimization,roller type optimization and hot straightening model,Q355D steel grade 4.5 mm×2 500 mm specification products were successfully developed.The product size,plate shape,performance and surface quality can meet the requirements of national standards.
