减少连铸机扇形段异常下线次数的措施与应用

针对连铸机扇形段未到使用寿命异常下线的问题,从其安装过程、使用情况及维修质量三个方面进行分析,得出扇形段精度超差和液压系统故障是连铸机扇形段异常下线的两个主要原因.通过对扇形段二次冷却水喷嘴状态进行监测,加强对扇形段液压系统的维护,规范扇形段维修装配工艺等,有效地减少了扇形段异常下线的次数,保证了连铸机的稳定运行,降低了生产成本.
MEASURES TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF ABNORMAL OFFLINE TIMES OF THE CONTINUOUS CASTER SEGMENT AND ITS APPLICATION
Aiming at the abnormal offline problem of the continuous caster within its service life,the maintenance quality,installation process and online use of the segment are analyzed,it is concluded that the two main reasons for the abnormal offline of continuous casting machine segments are the deviation of segment accuracy and hydraulic system failure.Finally,by taking measures such as monitoring the status of the secondary cooling water nozzle of the segment,strengthening the maintenance of the hydraulic system of the segment and standardizing the maintenance and assembly process of the segment,the number of abnormal off-line of the segment is effectively reduced,the continuous and stable operation of the continuous casting machine is ensured,and the production cost is reduced.
