板坯结晶器夹紧液压缸异常分析与处理

唐钢 1 600 mm双流板坯连铸机结晶器具备动态调宽功能.在标定模式下运行调宽系统,结晶器夹紧液压缸出现动作异常现象,结晶器下口出现角缝,无法满足精度要求,影响生产质量,存在极大安全风险.通过对结晶器主要设备和功能进行分析研究,得出结晶器夹紧位置异常的原因,并通过对液压系统的测试以及对连锁控制的检查,解决了结晶器夹紧异常的问题,消除了隐患,使结晶器长期稳定运行.
ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT OF CYLINDER ABNORMAL CLAMPING IN SLAB CRYSTALLIZER
The crystallizer of Tangshan Iron and Steel 1 600 mm double strand slab continuous casting machine has dynamic width adjustment function.Running the width adjustment system in calibration mode resulted in abnormal movement of the crystallizer clamping cylinder and corner cracks at the lower mouth of the crystallizer,which could not meet the accuracy requirements and affect production quality,posing a great safety risk.By analyzing the main equipment and functions of the crystallizer,the reasons for the abnormal clamping position of the crystallizer were identified.Through hydraulic system testing and inspection of chain control,the problem of abnormal clamping of the crystallizer was solved,hidden dangers were eliminated,and the long-term stable operation of the crystallizer was ensured.
