改善厚料层烧结冷热两态透气性的工艺研究

厚料层低温烧结技术是当前普遍采用的先进烧结技术,是基于铁酸钙固结理论及烧结过程的自动蓄热作用的烧结技术,该技术具有降低烧结固体燃料消耗、改善烧结矿性能的作用.目前国内烧结机布料厚度已普遍达到 800 mm.安钢烧结机也早已实现 800 mm布料厚度,但烧结过程透气性受原燃料条件和工艺装备影响波动较大,影响烧结矿产质量的稳定.因此,需要深入地研究厚料层对烧结过程透气性影响的规律,提出优化和控制措施,从而改善烧结过程冷热两态透气性,满足厚料层烧结要求,在提高烧结矿产量的同时降低固体燃料消耗,改善烧结矿质量指标.
RESEARCH ON THE PROCESS OF IMPROVING THE COLD AND HOT STATE BREATHABILITY OF THICK MATERIAL LAYER SINTERING
Thick layer low-temperature sintering technology is currently widely used as an advanced sintering technology,based on the solidification theory of calcium ferrite and the automatic heat storage effect of the sintering process.This technology has the effect of reducing the consumption of sintered solid fuel and improving the performance of sintered ore.Currently,the feeding thickness of sintering machines has generally reached 800 mm or even higher.Feeding thickness of Angang sintering machine has already achieved over 800 mm,but the permeability of the sintering process is greatly affected by the raw fuel conditions and process equipment,which affected the stability of the sintered mineral quality.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study on the influence of thick layer on the breathability of the sintering,propose optimization and control measures,so as to improve the cold and hot state breathability of the sintering process and meet the requirements of thick layer sintering.increase the output of sintered ore while reducing solid fuel consumption,and improve the quality indicators of sintered ore.While increasing the quantity of sintering minerals,reducing the consumption of solid fuel and improving the quality index of sinter.
