喷煤稳定性对高炉冶炼至关重要,针对 3 200 m3 高炉喷吹稳定差、均匀性控制困难的问题,通过改进喷煤工艺、改造设备,提高了喷煤工艺的稳定性,为高炉稳定顺行奠定了基础.对喷吹罐的排气装置进行改造,不仅缩短了装煤时间,为充压硫化提供了有利条件,还能防止积煤,确保生产安全.喷煤罐稳压系统增加调节阀门、切断阀门、小放散阀,以减小喷吹罐压力波动,将罐压保持在设定值±0~5 kPa,提高喷吹速率的稳定性.
STUDY ON IMPROVING THE STABILITY OF COAL INJECTION PROCESS IN 3 200 m3 BF OF HANSTEEL
The stability of coal injection is of great significance to the operation of blast furnace.In view of the poor stability and difficult uniformity control of 3 200 m3 blast furnace,the stability of coal injection process is improved by improving the coal injection process and transforming the equipment,so as to lay the foundation for the stable running of blast furnace.The transformation of the exhaust device of the injection tank not only can shorten the time of coal loading and provides favorable conditions for pressure vulcanization,but also can prevent coal accumulation and ensure safety.The pres-sure fluctuation of the injection tank is reduced by adding a stable pressure regulating valve,a stable pressure cutting valve and a new small release valve on the pressure regulating device of the coal injection tank with keeping the tank pressure at the set value of±0~5 kPa,thus the stability of the injection rate is improved.
