SILO AUTOMATIC COAL BLENDING SYSTEM OF ZHOUKOU STEEL
Scientific and rational coal blending can not only ensure the quality of coke,but also make rational use of coal resources,save high-quality coking clean coal and reduce production costs.Therefore,the coal blending process and control system for the 1.68 million ton coking silo of Zhoukou Steel were studied,the overall design scheme of the"upper computer+PLC control system+plow coal machine+coal unloader+electronic scale"mode was determined,the overall structure and principle of the control system were obtained,and the hardware and software systems were designed to ensure the stability of coke quality while increasing coke production.
