Taking the No.3 sintering machine of Anyang Iron and Steel Group as the research object,by installing a flue gas waste heat recovery device in the large flue of the sintering machine,the waste heat of the high-temperature flue gas at the tail of the sintering machine is effectively utilized,the energy utilization rate is improved,the efficient utilization of re-sources is achieved,and the production cost of the sintering process is reduced,the emission of various pollutants is reduced,and the energy-saving and emission reduction effect is significant.This provides a reference for other related enterprises.
