通过采取加强原燃料质量管理和高风温高顶压大喷煤操作,优化高炉基本制度和生产组织管理等措施,确保操作炉型合理稳定,实现了高炉炉况长周期稳定顺行.2024 年第一季度,高炉各项生产指标得到了较大提升,入炉焦比为 340.1 kg/t,煤比为 174.3 g/t,使高炉实现了阶段性高产低耗.
LOW CONSUMPTION AND HIGH EFFICIENCY PRODUCTION PRACTICE OF BLAST FURNACE IN TANGSTEEL
By implementing measures such as strengthening the quality management of raw materials and fuels,implementing large coal injection operations with high wind temperature and high top pressure,optimizing the basic system of blast furnaces and production organization management,the reasonable and stable operation of furnace types are ensured and thus long-term stable and smooth operation of blast furnace conditions are achieved.In the first quarter of 2024,the production indexes of the blast furnace were greatly improved,with the coke ratio of 340.1 kg/t and the coal ratio of 174.3 g/t,realizing high yield and low consumption of the blast furnace.
