45CrNiMoV钢铸坯的高温塑性研究及应用

采用Gleeble-3800 热模拟试验机对 45CrNiMoV钢铸坯在 600~1 300℃温度范围内进行高温力学性能试验,同时利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对基体组织和断口形貌进行观察和分析,得出不同温度区间的断裂机理.结果表明:在 1×10-3 s-1 的应变速率下,45CrNiMoV钢铸坯第Ⅰ高温脆性区为 1 143~1 300℃,试样断口平齐光滑,为脆性断裂;高温塑性区为 889~1 143℃,断口具有明显韧窝特征,为韧性断裂;第Ⅲ低温脆性区为600~889℃,断口属于典型的沿晶脆性断裂.根据高温力学性能研究结果,将连铸坯矫直温度控制在高温塑性区时,铸坯无表面和中心裂纹等缺陷,铸坯质量良好.
STUDY AND APPLICATION OF HIGH TEMPERATURE PLASTICITY OF 45CRNIMOV STEEL CASTING BILLET
The Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine was used to conduct high-temperature mechanical property tests on 45CrNiMoV steel casting billet in the temperature range of 600~1 300℃.At the same time,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe and analyze the matrix structure and fracture morphology,and the fracture mechanism in different temperature ranges was obtained.The results show that at a strain rate of 1×10-3 s-1,the first high-temperature brittle zone of 45CrNiMoV steel billet is 1 143~1 300℃,and the fracture surface of the sample is flat and smooth,indicating brittle fracture;889~1 143℃is the high-temperature plastic zone,with obvious ductile dimples on the fracture surface,indicating ductile fracture;the third low-temperature brittle zone is 600~889℃,the fracture surface belongs to a typical transgranular brittle fracture.According to the research results of high-temperature mechanical properties,when the straightening temperature of the continuous casting billet is controlled in the high-temperature plastic zone,there are no defects such as surface and center cracks in the billet,and the quality of the billet is good.
