徐凤芹教授基于象形思维与五行理论,认为心在五行属火,所主为脉,所藏为神,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后焦虑抑郁患者君火不明、相火离位之象已现,血脉瘀阻,心脉受损,祸及心脏,连累心神.君火以明、相火以位为其临证要旨,治疗时应从火论治,常施以柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤,解郁合欢汤等,多法并用得火就范,使君相二火各司其职、各安其位,南方离火归于北方坎水之下成其既济之位,乾下坤上复其泰来之象,心神同调,双心共治,人正心安.
Professor Xu Fengqin,based on pictographic thinking and the theory of the Five Elements,believes that the Heart belongs to Fire in the Five Elements,governing the pulse and storing Shen.After percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),anxiety and depression patients have symptoms of Jun Fire dysfunction and Xiang Fire hyperactivity,blood stasis,Heart pulse injury,and eventually damage the Heart and Shen.The key point of the clinical treatment is to reverse that,by treating from the perspective of Fire.Chaihu,Longgu Muli Decoction and Jieyu Hehuan Decoction,etc.Can be used.With multiple methods the Fire would be located in the right place(De Huo Jiu Fan)so the two Fires perform their respective duties and settle down in their respective positions.Specifically,the Fire in the South will be under the Water in the North and become the harmonious pair.The Heaven and Earth will be restored to the best condition.The Shen will be in harmony with Heart and people will be at peace of mind.
