Umbrella evaluation,as the latest evidence-based medical analysis method,is based on systematic review and Meta-analy-sis,which summarizes the current evidence synthesis of a specific topic through a rigorous scientific design method,and elucidates the current research status of the topic by comparing the accuracy,validity,and scientificity of the existing evidence of the topic,providing a reliable basis for medical decision-making and health management while compensating the existing shortcomings of systematic review and Meta-analysis.It can provide a reliable basis for medical decision-making and health management while compensating for the ex-isting shortcomings of systematic reviews and Meta-analysis.At the same time,we should pay attention to the limitations of umbrella e-valuation and the new challenges of evidence-based medicine and explore the synthesis of high-level evidence and evaluation meth-ods suitable for the development of Chinese medicine while conducting high-quality original clinical studies of Chinese medicine,with the aim of obtaining real and reliable comprehensive evidence.
