摘要
目的:采用数据挖掘的方法分析任献青教授基于通络思想治疗儿童IgA血管炎的用药规律.方法:收集任献青教授门诊治疗IgA血管炎的医案,利用中医传承计算平台V3.0对处方药物进行频次、四气五味和功效统计,并通过关联规则和聚类分析挖掘其核心药物和类方.结果:共筛选中药处方949首、涉及中药201味,其中高频药物主要是忍冬藤、防风、茜草、荆芥、丹参等.药物性味主要以苦寒为主;归经以肺、脾、心、肝、胃、肾、膀胱经为主;功效以清热类占据首位;并挖掘出潜在的核心类方.结论:任献青教授治疗该病的通络法主要分为两大类,初期祛邪以凉血解毒、祛风清热和清热利湿通络法为主;迁延期扶正主要以滋阴降火为主,从而标本兼治.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication pattern of Professor Ren Xianqing's treatment of children's IgA vasculitis based on the i-dea of Tongluo by using the method of data mining.Methods:The medical cases of Professor Ren Xianqing's outpatient treatment of IgA vasculitis were collected,and the frequency,Four-Qi,Five-Flavor and efficacy of the prescribed medicines were counted by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform V3.0,and the core medicines and class formulas were mined by associa-tion rules and clustering analysis.Results:A total of 949 Chinese medicine prescriptions were screened,involving 201 flavors of Chinese medicines,among which the high-frequency medicines were mainly Rendongteng(Honeysuckle stem),Fangfeng(Radices sileris),Qiancao(Radix rubiae),Jingjie(Schizonepeta)and Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza).The drugs were mainly bitter and cold in nature;the meridian belonging of the medicinals were mainly Lung,Spleen,Heart,Liver,Stomach,Kidney and Bladder meridians;the effects of the drugs were mainly Heat-clearing;and the potential core class of prescriptions were found out.Conclusion:Professor Ren Xianqing's method of treating IgA vasculitis is mainly divided into two categories:at the initial stage,the method of dispelling Evil Factors is based on cooling the blood and removing toxins,dispelling Wind and clearing Heat as well as clearing Heat and Dampness;and during the lasting period of the disease,the method of tonifying the Zheng Qi is nourishing Yin to clear the Fire,so as to treat the symptom and the root cause simultaneously.
