从谋生驱动到生命超越:师范生培养目标的价值追求
On the Value Pursuit of Teacher Education Training Objectives:From Livelihood Drive to Life Transcendence

摘要
长期以来,在社会群体意识和个人心理中,选择教师职业的主流原因都是"谋生"的需要,区别仅仅在于对"谋生"设定的标准不同.受此影响,教师职前教育往往表现出过度的"社会适应"取向,而忽视对师范生进行超越精神的培养.教师的职责是培养人,也是在塑造未来社会,其超越性根植于人的本性,内蕴于培养目标之中.因此,师范生培养目标不应止步于"谋生"的需要,而要进一步体现对"超越"的追求.
Abstract
For a long time,the mainstream reason for choosing the teaching profession has been the need to"make a living".As far as the social group consciousness and individual psychology are con-cerned,the difference lies only in the different standards of"making a living".As a result,pre-service teacher education tends to overly favour"social adaptation"and neglect the cultivation of the transcen-dental spirit.Teachers are responsible for nurturing people and shaping the future society,and their transcendence is rooted in human nature and embedded in their training objectives.Therefore,the goal of teacher education should not be limited to the need to"make a living",but should reflect the pursuit of"transcendence".
