职业教育助力乡村振兴的路径选择

摘要
职业教育是助力乡村振兴的重要力量.乡村振兴是社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的基础.随着城镇化进程加快,中国现代化最艰巨最繁重的任务依然在农村,农村发展面临着许多机遇和挑战,实现乡村全面振兴,道阻且长.针对乡村对职业教育在人才培养、产业发展、生态建设以及文化振兴等方面的需求进行探讨,充分挖掘乡村人才缺失、产业发展缓慢以及重塑生态文化的内在因素.职业教育着力完善教育培训体系、发挥自身教育体系优势以及弘扬优秀乡土文化,以期丰富人才培养机制,促进乡村产业多元发展、乡村生态文化建设,从而达到助力乡村振兴的最终目的.
Abstract
Vocational education is an important force in promoting rural revitalization.Rural revitaliza-tion is an important component of socialist modernization construction and the foundation for achiev-ing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the acceleration of urbanization,the most ardu-ous task of modernization in China still lies in rural areas.Rural development faces many opportuni-ties and challenges,and achieving comprehensive revitalization of villages and villages is a long way to go.Needs of vocational education in rural areas in terms of talent cultivation,industrial develop-ment,ecological construction,and cultural revitalization were explored so as to find the inherent rea-sons of talent shortage,slow industrial development,and ways to reshape ecological culture in rural ar-eas.Focuses of vocational education on improving the education and training system,leveraging its own educational system advantages,and promoting excellent local culture may enrich the talent culti-vation mechanism,promote the diversified development of rural industries and the construction of ru-ral ecological culture so as to achieve the ultimate goal of assisting rural revitalization.
