摘要
建设粤港澳大湾区是国家重要战略部署,工程人才是建设大湾区的重要动能,大湾区工程人才培养迫切需要构建完善的质量保障体系.本研究基于比较优势理论,通过分析粤港澳三地高等教育质量保障体系的优势,提出以"分层协同""二维驱动""产教融合"为路径,构建粤港澳大湾区工程人才培养质量保障体系.
Abstract
The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important nation-al strategic deployment.Engineering talents are an important driving force for the construction of the Greater Bay Area,so the training of engineering talents needs to build a sound quality assurance sys-tem.Based on the theory of comparative advantage,this study analyzes the advantages of the quality assurance system of higher education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and proposes to build a quality assurance system for engineering personnel training in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with the path of"hierarchical coordination","two-dimensional drive"and"integra-tion of industry and education".
