On the Construction of Value-added Evaluation System of"V-EBP"Professional Degree Postgraduate Education Quality Based on Evidence-based Practice
High-quality professional degree graduates are an important force to promote China's social and economic development,and their education quality evaluation has always been a common con-cern.With the development of the times and the innovation of educational ideas,the traditional evalua-tion method can no longer comprehensively measure the quality of professional degree graduate educa-tion,but value-added evaluation provides a new perspective for problem solving.On the basis of ana-lyzing the significance of value-added evaluation for the content of education quality evaluation of pro-fessional degree graduate students,and explaining the value and feasibility analysis of evidence-based practice to support the improvement of the evaluation system,this study constructs a"V-EBP"evalua-tion system which integrates baseline evaluation,process monitoring,evidence collection,final evalua-tion and value-added analysis.It also puts forward attention should be paid to the use of big data tech-nology to realize multi-modal data fusion analysis with reasonable choice of evaluation and analysis tools,the combination of quantitative and qualitative description adhered to.The implementation of idealized value-added evaluation system based on appropriate adjustment in practice is suggested.
