美国高校科技伦理课程建设的经验及对我国的启示

摘要
科技伦理是指导科研活动的规则和价值观,也是保证良性科研生态系统的关键要素.美国高校是世界科技创新和科技伦理教育建设的先行者.在新时代科技强国战略背景下,中国面临着与美国科技伦理教育相似的问题.美国高校的科技伦理课程建设状况体现于:明确的课程目标、丰富的课程内容、系统的课程结构、多元的课程资源和综合性的考评方式,为我国高校探索科技伦理课程体系建设提供了可资借鉴的经验与启示.
Abstract
Scientific ethics are the rules and values that guide scientific research activities as well as the key elements to ensure a benign scientific research ecosystem.The United States is the world's pi-oneer in science innovation and scientific ethics education.In the background of making China strong in science and technology,China is facing similar problems to the United States.This paper presents the construction status and basic experience of ethics education in scientific courses in American uni-versities,and analyzes their reference value to the construction of the curriculum system in Chinese universities.
