新文科背景下"文工并重"新型教育模式探析——基于经济工程专业实践

学科交叉、推动跨学科建设正成为当前学科改革发展的重要方向之一.合肥大学经济工程专业打破传统经济学同质同构发展定势,开创文工并重新文科理念,坚持学科协同创新思维,创新"文工并重"人才培养模式,构建"文工并重"的课程模块体系,建设"文工并重"教学管理机制,健全"文工并重"多元保障体系,培养跨学科复合型应用型人才.由于开设时间较短,专业建设也面临实践教学深度不够、学科建设实力不强、师资团队配置不足、跨校企合作有待强化等问题.未来,应坚持树立学科并重的跨学科教育理念、构建做实校企合作人才培养模式、开发"文工并重"跨学科复合型课程、健全资金师资教材立体保障体系,逐步重构新型的跨学科教育模式.
A Case Study of the New Education Model of "Equal Empha-sis on Arts and Engineering" under the Background of New Liberal Arts
Promotion of cross-discipline and interdisciplinary construction is becoming one of the im-portant directions of the current disciplinary reform and development.The Program of Economic Engi-neering of Hefei University breaks the traditional homogeneous and isomorphism development pattern of Program of Economics,initiates the concept of New Liberal Arts to put equal emphasis on arts and engineering,adhere to the innovative thinking of discipline collaboration,innovate the talent cultiva-tion model,construct a curriculum module system,establish a teaching management mechanism,im-prove a diversified guarantee system,so as to cultivate interdisciplinary and compound applied talents.Due to the short duration,construction of the Program of Economic Engineering also faces problems such as insufficient practical teaching and faculty team configuration,weak disciplinary construction and school-enterprise cooperation.In the future,the concept of interdisciplinary education with equal emphasis on disciplines should be adhered to,so as to construct a practical talent training model for school-enterprise cooperation,develop interdisciplinary composite courses with equal emphasis on arts and engineering,improve the three-dimensional guarantee system for funding,teaching staff,and textbooks,and gradually reconstruct a new type of interdisciplinary education model.
