新时代推进地方本科高校高质量发展,是适应社会经济形势发展对应用型人才培养需求,是高等教育内涵发展的必然选择.一方面,通过对高校教学质量文化的内涵价值与效应分析,揭示本科高校教学质量提高的重要性;通过剖析教学质量文化建设存在的主客观问题,把握地方高校应用型人才培养质量的关键所在.另一方面,在教学管理思想和实践方面推进教学质量文化建设,以新发展理念为引领,重视学科专业和课程建设的核心地位,着重从课堂教学创新、产教融合平台建设、教育教学共同体培育、发挥行政和学术管理效能等方面采取相应的对策.
On the Teaching Quality Culture Construction in Local Undergraduate Colleges
To promote the high-quality development of local undergraduate universities in the new era is not only to meet the needs of applied talents training in the development of social and economic situ-ation,but also an inevitable choice for the connotation development of higher education.On the one hand,through the analysis of the connotation value and effect of the teaching quality culture in colleg-es and universities,its importance is revealed.By analyzing the subjective and objective problems ex-isting in the construction of teaching quality culture,the key to the training quality of applied talents in local colleges and universities is grasped.On the other hand,it promotes the construction of teach-ing quality culture in terms of teaching management ideology and practice,takes the new development concept as the guidance,attaches importance to the core status of discipline and curriculum construc-tion,and takes corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of classroom teaching innovation,the construction of production-education integration platform,the cultivation of education and teaching community,and the utilization of administrative and academic management efficiency.
