摘要
现代产业学院已被证明是推进产教融合协同育人的有效载体.广东本科高校依托广东产业发达、产学区域布局紧密等优势,遵循政策指引、需求牵引和多主体创新资源整合集聚的逻辑理路,在全国范围内率先开展现代产业学院建设,将产业学院建设作为破解产学错位、深化产教融合的突破口,探索出校政、校地、校园、校企等多种成熟运行模式,相关经验被誉为新工科建设的"广东方案".未来,广东本科高校现代产业学院建设的趋向包括以需求为导向,强调育人为本,注重差异化发展和深化内涵建设等.
Abstract
Modern industrial colleges have been proved to be an effective carrier for promoting the in-dustry-education integration in collaborative education.Undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province,relying on the advantages of local developed industry and close regional industry-education layout,follow the logical path of policy guidance,demand traction,and multi-subject innovation re-source integration and agglomeration.They take the lead in carrying out the construction of modern in-dustrial colleges throughout the country,using the construction of industrial colleges as a break-through to solve the mismatch between industry and education and deepen the industry-education in-tegration.They explore such mature operation modes as school administration,school location,cam-pus,and school enterprise.The relevant experiences are hailed as the"Guangdong Plan"for the con-struction of new engineering disciplines.In the future,the construction trends of modern industrial col-leges in Guangdong undergraduate colleges and universities include demand orientation,emphasis on educating people,focus on differentiated development and connotation construction.
