On the Practical Dilemma and Countermeasures of Industry-Education Collaborative Education in the Professional Degree Graduate Education of Applied Colleges and Universities
The cultivation of professional degree graduate students is the fundamental task of profession-al degree graduate education in high-level applied colleges and universities for promoting the supply side reform of talent cultivation and deepening the collaborative education model of industry-educa-tion integration,which is an inevitable choice for improving the quality and efficiency of professional degree graduate training.In response to the practical difficulties faced by current professional degree graduate education,such as cognitive biases in the nature of education,lack of motivation in school-enterprise cooperation,incomplete integration of industry-education integration,and helpless choices in the education system.Actively exploring new ideas and paradigms for the industry-education col-laborative education in high-level applied colleges and universities,can be done from such aspects as clarifying development orientation,strengthening collaborative education community,opening up coop-erative education,and establishing a sound collaborative education system.
