为了应对全球挑战,学术界的工作者们需要在现有标准和创新方法与实践之间定义自己的角色.以科隆应用科学大学的职业发展项目为例,阐述对职业发展初期的学术人员的能力发展产生的影响.以变革型学习理论为依据描述所运用的能力发展方法,并论述初步假设.需进一步探讨下述观点,即可以在充分安全的环境中通过相互赋能的方式来支持学术人员审视他们与所处体系之间的关系,使他们摆脱传统观念,担负起塑造学术体系变革的责任.
On Competence Development in the Context of Trans-formative Science
Global challenges require the scientific community to define its role between established standards and innovative approaches and practices.Based on a career development program at the Co-logne University of Applied Sciences,what this entails for the competence development of early career scientists is discussed.Based on theories of trans-formative learning,our approach is described and transparent initial assumptions are made.Such is put up for discussion as scientists can be supported through joint empowerment in safe enough spaces to reflect on their relationship to the system,emanci-pate themselves from conventions and responsibly co-shape the transformation of the scientific system.
